Returning Incorrect, Damaged, Or Unneeded Items

We accept returns of most new, un-opened/un-used items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition.

  • For returns due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item): A full refund will be issued, including shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (e.g., unneeded or changed mind): A refund will be issued for the item's price, less the following charges:

    • Original and return shipping costs

    • A 10% to 20% restocking fee (varies by product), calculated from the original total invoice amount.

Returns of used items are generally not accepted and are subject to a 30% fee as determined by the original purchase price.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your item(s) to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).
