Membership & Billing
- $99 per year, billed annually via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
- Benefits start immediately once your membership is confirmed.
- Membership auto-renews each year unless cancelled.
- Cancel anytime through your PayPal account with no penalty — benefits continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No restocking fees — VIP members are exempt from restocking fees on eligible returns of new, unused items under our Returns Policy.
Shipping Discount
- Spend $99 or more on eligible products and receive up to $100 off shipping on that order.
- The discount applies to shipping charges only — it covers your actual shipping cost (up to $100) and cannot be used towards product prices. Any unused portion is not credited or carried over.
- Applies to standard delivery within eligible regions only.
- Excludes express, premium, oversized, heavy and bulky freight.
- Available on every qualifying order while your membership is active.
Reward Points
- Earn 1 reward point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
- Every 100 points = $1 discount, redeemable at checkout on future orders.
- Points never expire while your membership remains active.
- Points are non-transferable and redeemable only by the account holder.

How do I join the VIP Club?
Add the Lucas Parts VIP Membership to your cart and check out with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Your benefits are activated as soon as your membership is confirmed.
Where can I see my reward points balance?
Log in to My Account to view your current points balance. Your available points are also shown at checkout when placing an order.
How do I redeem my points?
At checkout, apply your available points to your order. Every 100 points reduces your order total by $1. Points can be used on your next purchase after they've been earned.
Does the shipping discount apply to every order?
Yes — every order of $99 or more on eligible products qualifies, for as long as your membership is active. Express, premium, oversized, heavy and bulky freight are excluded.
Can I use the $100 shipping discount on product prices?
No. The discount applies to shipping charges only. It covers your actual standard shipping cost on a qualifying order, up to a maximum of $100. If your shipping costs less than $100, the discount covers the full shipping amount — the difference cannot be applied to products, credited, or carried over to another order.
Do restocking fees apply to VIP members?
No. VIP members are exempt from restocking fees on eligible returns of new, unused items. Returns are otherwise handled under our standard Returns Policy — the restocking fee is simply waived for active VIP members.
What happens to my points if I cancel my membership?
Points remain valid while your membership is active, including through the end of your current billing cycle after cancellation. We recommend redeeming any remaining points before your membership expires.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime through your PayPal account — there is no cancellation fee. Your VIP benefits continue until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
