Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as consignments which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

LUCAS PARTS will endeavor to fulfill your requirements in a timely manner and at the lowest possible price! Goods are mostly dispatched the next business day after receipt of order.  Delivery usually takes place approximately 1 to 5 business days from date of order & payment will occur prior to delivery.

All deliveries other than Australia Post require a commercial address for deliveries as general freight companies will not deliver to a private address.  Please consider that heavy items (over 30kg) may require special lifting and handling equipment such as forklift.  Please advise if this requirement is not available at your end.  Alternatively, freight can be collected from the nearest freight depot used by LUCAS PARTS’s nominated carrier.

LUCAS PARTS uses a number of reputable freight companies such as TNT, Toll IPEC, Northline, Hi-Trans, Australia Post; depending upon the region of destination and order size and weight.  Lucas Parts Australia will endeavor to provide you with the best possible freight solution.

When items are picked by the freight company, you will be sent a consigment note via email by freight company so you can track your order.

If you prefer to collect your order from our Victoria warehouse or you would like to arrange your own freight, please  click on ” I will arrange my own freight” in the shipping method of your order and write an email to info@lucasparts.com.au

Insurance covering damage or loss of goods during transport is the responsibility of the purchaser.LUCAS PARTS will do everything possible to assist you in the issue.

However, because delay is sometimes outside of LUCAS PARTS’s control, time of delivery shall not be of the essence. As such, LUCAS PARTS shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the products.

If you have not received the products within 14 days, please contact Customer Service by email info@lucasparts.com.au , quoting your order reference number to notify us that your goods have not been delivered, a customer service agent will be in contact promptly.
