Key Features:
- Laser-clad WC coating (HRA85) on rim triples wear life
- Patented hydraulic tensioner interface compatible with OEM damping system
- G4.0 dynamic balancing ensures smooth high-speed travel
Material & Treatment:
- 34CrNiMo6 ultra-high-strength alloy steel base
- Quenched & tempered + nitrided surface (core tensile ≥1200MPa)
- 100% 3D scanned and ultrasonic tested
Operating Conditions:
- Temperature range: -45℃ to +75℃ (arctic kit available for -60℃)
- Inspect coating spalling every 500hrs (max. 5% area)
- Must maintain OEM track sag standard (40±5mm)
