Description
Lucas Parts stock a range of pins and bushes to fit mini excavators from 0.75 ton up to 40 ton.
Our pins are induction hardened for maximum wear resistance. Made from high carbon steel equal to 40Cr or 45 # steel. Quenching depth from 1.5-2.8mm and hardness is HRC 52-55.
Specifications
45# type steel is the high quality carbon structural steel, carbon content is 0.42-0.50%, with 610 Mpa tensile strength , and yield point is 379 Mpa; it is widely used in machinery parts.
